NYS Statutory Fee Compliance: All electronic notarial fees charged by K&S Notary Services comply strictly with New York State statutory limits under NY Executive Law § 135-c and 19 NYCRR § 182.11, capped at $25.00 per electronic notarial act. Any additional line items represent separate technology platform, credential verification, witness coordination, or non-notarial administrative fees agreed upon prior to service.
